There are six cottages on the property available for rent.
Each cottage is unique and can accommodate between 2 – 4 overnight guests as noted.
There is a two night minimum on all cottage rentals. (Check-in is 3:00-7:00 pm. Late arrivals can be accommodated, just ask! Check-out is 11:00 am. We are happy to accommodate late departures for an additional $15/hour for all cottages but must be pre-arranged so the cottage can be blocked for the additional time.)
There are a couple of charcoal grills on site available for use (on a first come, first served basis), however, you will need to bring your own charcoal, lighter, and grilling supplies.
We offer special rates on weekly and monthly rentals. Please inquire.
Cottage #1: $189/night for 2* (1 BR/1 BA)
The Perfect Weekend Getaway!
One bedroom with a queen bed, a large family & dining room area with a full sleeper sectional and dining table that seats four. Bath has tub/shower. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave and single k-cup coffee maker. The living area has a flat screen tv, dvd player, and a few board/card games. The covered porch area has several chairs for enjoying the lake view and afternoon breeze.
(*There is a double sleeper that can accommodate up to two additional overnight guests for $10 per person per night.)
Cottage #3: $199/night – 2 BR/1 BA
Sleeps up to 4
This cottage has two bedrooms, one bath with a shower, and separate dining and living room areas. There is a lake view covered screened porch and open covered porch deck to enjoy the view and afternoon breeze. The dining area includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and keurig single cup coffee maker with seating for four. One bedroom has two twin beds, the other has a queen bed. The living room has a leather sofa, an upholstered accent chair, a flat screen tv and a few board games. The outside porches have several chairs, a bench and a hammock.
Cottage #4: $175/night for 2 – 1 BR/1 BA Studio
A GREAT Couple’s Weekend Retreat
One bedroom, one bath efficiency with an open, covered wrap-around porch. Sleeps 2 comfortably with double extra long bed. Sofa with chaise, Dining table, a mini fridge, microwave, and single k-cup coffee maker. The living area has a flat screen tv, dvd player, and a few board games. There re a couple chairs on the porch and a hammock for enjoying the afternoon breeze.
Duplex Cottage #5A: $219/night
2 BR/1 BA Sleeps up to 4
Note: The duplex spaces #5A and #5B can be opened to allow large families or two groups to share the space together. Maximum sleeping between the two cottages is 7. (There is a 10% discount if the entire space is rented to the same group.)
This half of the cottage has two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), one bath with a shower, and a large living & dining room area. The duplex is the closest cottage to the property’s lake beach area. There is a small screened lakeside porch with seating to enjoy the view and afternoon breeze. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, full-sized stove, microwave, and Keurig single cup coffee maker. The living room has a sofa sectional, a large flat screen smart tv and a few board games. There is also a hammock to lounge outside and enjoy the fresh air!
Duplex Cottage #5B: $209/night
1 BR/1BA – Sleeps up to 3
Note: The duplex spaces #5A and #5B can be opened to allow large families or two groups to share the space together. Maximum sleeping between the two cottages is 7. (There is a 10% discount if the entire space is rented to the same group.)
This half of the cottage is more handicap “friendly” with extra space in the kitchen and bathroom areas. It has one bedroom with a double long bed and one twin long bed, the bathroom has a shower with grab bars, and separate living & dining room/kitchen areas. The duplex is the closest cottage to the property’s lake beach area. There is a small lakeside porch with seating to enjoy the view and afternoon breeze. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, full-sized stove, microwave, and single k-cup coffee maker. The living room has a sofa sectional, a large flat screen tv and a few board games. There is also a hammock to lounge outside while enjoying the fresh air!
Cottage #6: $209/night – 2 BR/1 BA with stove – Sleeps up to 4
Two bedroom, one bath with shower, large living room, and a full kitchen to include a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. One bedroom has two twin beds, the other has an extra long double bed. The living room has a leather sofa, chair and pub style dining table that seats four. The living area has a large flat screen tv and a few board games. The spacious covered porch area has a couple of chairs and a bench glider and rocker as well as a yard hammock for enjoying the afternoon breeze.
RV Parking: we have two spots for nightly RV parking at a rate of $75/night for 2 guests. Additional guests are $15 per day. (Maximum RV size is 30 feet)
RV arrival time is 3 pm-7 pm, departure time is 11:00 am. Add $15 per hour for additional hours if needed. If there are other unregistered guests that join you for the day or overnight there is an $15 fee per person/per day.
Note: RV rate includes power and water…there is NO SEWAGE DUMPING or pump station on site. (Pump out services are offered weekly from local company with mobile services. Inquire if interested.)
PLEASE NOTE OUR PET POLICY.
Due to insurance regulations, we have strict rules related to animals on the premises. Some breeds, regardless of size are not permitted. YOU MUST REQUEST PRIOR APPROVAL. If authorized, there is a $20 fee per day (one dog ONLY, maximum 25 pounds, verified by a photo). A $125 refundable security deposit is required along with a signed pet Addendum and Waiver. Refusal to adhere to this policy will result in immediate eviction from The Boathouse property and forfeiture of all monies received. ANY damages caused by a pet or additional cleaning requirements will be charged to tenant.
