PET POLICY. Due to insurance regulations, we have strict rules related to animals on the premises.
Some breeds, regardless of size are not permitted.
YOU MUST REQUEST PRIOR APPROVAL.
If authorized, there is a $20 fee per day (one pet maximum under 25 pounds ONLY, verified by a photo) with a $100 refundable pet security deposit.
You are required to sign a pet Addendum and Waiver. Refusal to adhere to this policy will result in immediate removal from The Boathouse property and forfeiture of all monies received. ANY damages caused by a pet or additional cleaning requirements will be charged to tenant.
