Lakeside Event Space and Pavilion

      

The covered pavilion and lakeside event spaces make a beautiful backdrop for any event!


The 800 sq ft air conditioned/heated event space is at the water’s edge and perfect space for intimate or small group gatherings such as weddings, baby showers, family reunions, birthdays, corporate meetings/functions, or holiday parties and special celebrations.


There are tables and chairs to seat approximately 40 people. In addition to dining tables, there is a sitting area with two leather sofas, a bar, and a large table for buffet style setup.  Floor to ceiling windows overlook the lake and french doors open onto the deck.  The lakeside event space is adjacent to the outdoor pavilion currently being renovated and nearing completion. These two spaces can be rented together or individually depending on the group size and type of event you are planning.


INTIMATE, SMALL GROUP GATHERINGS IN THE LAKESIDE EVENT SPACE

Sunday – Thursday (up to 6 hours): $2000 + tax (maximum 40 guests)

Friday (up to 6 hours): $2250 + tax (maximum 40 guests)

Saturday (up to 6 hours): $2500 + tax (maximum 40 guests)


PRICING FOR BOTH PAVILION AND LAKESIDE EVENT SPACES

Friday 3 hours/Saturday (up to 10 hours): $5000 + tax (maximum 75 guests)

Saturday (up to 10 hours):  $4000 + tax (maximum 75 guests)

Sunday (up to 10 hours):  $3250 + tax (maximum 75 guests)


PRICING FOR PAVILION ONLY

Friday evening up to 4 hours:  $1000 + tax (maximum 75 guests)

Saturday up to 10 hours:  $2500 + tax (maximum 75 guests)

Sunday up to 10 hours:  $2250 + tax (maximum 75 guests)


There is no on-site kitchen facility.  All events must be catered.

NOTE:  Portable restrooms may be required for your event and will be added to the rental total if needed.

There is a $175 post departure cleaning fee on all event space rentals.
